The Conclusion
In conclusion, design thinking improves the world around us every day because of its ability to generate groundbreaking solutions (IxDF, 2016). Despite the fact that design thinking is an iterative and non-linear process, further attention is needed to ensure the most effective outcome for this project's target audience. Considering the objectives of this project, we believe that EasyNav will benefit many older people by making them more comfortable using technology and preventing them from feeling left behind.
