Figure 13: Rating for different logo ideations of EasyNav.
In terms of naming our application and service, we came up with the EasyNav name, which is a combination of the words Easy and Navigate. As a result of its simplicity and learnability, users will be able to identify the purpose of the service, and it will reduce complexity for them. Through group meetings and discussions, we developed different logos that are based on the keywords navigate, elderly, click, assist, direct, and rated for the ultimate option.
EasyNav's winning logo is a simple and easily recognisable icon located at the right-bottom edge of the screen, which is the easiest-to-reach location according to thumb zone mappingĀ (Ingram, 2016). As well as being user-friendly and prominent, the interface is designed to help older people navigate their mobile devices with ease.

As a means of visualizing ideas, concepts, and solutions, we prepared two storyboarding sketches that allowed us to depict the flow of the application, user interactions, and user journey (Brown, 2008). This first sketch illustrates a very useful function of EasyNav that can assist the elderly with finding anything on their smartphone easily.

In the second illustration, the storyboard demonstrates the short story of Margaret, the first user persona. She wakes up, searches for her cell phone, and tries to contact him. The connection goes wrong, and she wants to find out how well his son is doing, so EasyNav can help her find his son's Instagram page to see what new pictures he is posting to ensure he is doing well.

In order to meet the criteria of this design project and to reach the best possible outcome, we researched and gathered some data regarding the use of artificial intelligence as a personal assistant for older adults. Creating an AI assistant for the elderly, integrated into the EasyNav application, involves a combination of software development, machine learning, and user interface design.
AI Framework or Model, Application Navigation Logic, Customizable Shortcuts, Assistance Request Mechanism, Integration with External Services, and Emergency Assistance Features are some of the main phases outlined for the prospective development of EasyNav.
